Andrew Chavez | President
Andrew has been an Operations and P&L leader in Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial Manufacturing for 25 years at companies from $10B to $10M in annual sales.
He spent his formative years at OEMs and earned Lean Six Sigma certifications in Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain at Textron Aviation and United Technologies Corporation. The Chavez family has deep roots in the U.S. Military. Andrew's grandfather was an Army Vietnam War Veteran. Andrew's middle son Emiliano is an active U.S. Marine who trains A&P mechanics on the F-16 and is also a Martial Arts Instructor. Andrew and his wife Jasmine reside in Ohio with their youngest daughter Aviana, who, at 8 years old, is a Brown Belt in Taekwondo. The Chavez Tribe: Andrew Jr, Mariella, Emiliano, Amado, and Anabela are all writing their amazing books of life in Colorado, the Carolinas, Florida, and Kansas. |

He is a dedicated father to 3 boys and a proud husband to his wife, Trista, and his grandmother, Jeanne, lives with his family. Boe previously served in the US Air Force for 6 years doing aircraft maintenance of special operations aircraft. |

A proud native of Dayton, Ohio, Renee is passionate about contributing to the growth and success of organizations in her home region. Her career began at Delphi, a General Motors subsidiary, where she first embraced lean manufacturing principles and the continuous improvement mindset that still defines her leadership style today. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Renee has been married for 23 years and is the proud mother of four sons, including two United States Marines—one who served in Ordnance and another trained as a rifleman and grenade specialist. Her uncle was a Vietnam Veteran USAF pilot. She brings the same unwavering dedication, integrity, and resilience to her work that she has instilled in her family. Senior Director Business Development Mike has been a leader in Aerospace manufacturing for over 15 years, with more than 25 years of experience in 5 Axis Machining, Assembly, and Composites. He's held progressive leadership roles in Operations, Supply Chain, Estimating, and Engineering.
Mike's towering strengths span across CNC machining, production management, and continuous improvement, with a deep understanding of the unique demands of aerospace and defense manufacturing. The Davis family carries a proud tradition of military service. His wife served in both the U.S. Army and the U.S. Air Force, and his grandfather was a World War II Combat Veteran. Mike is a devoted father of four and brings the same dedication and integrity to his leadership as he does to his family. |
